Can I return an item?
Yes we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be In its original packaging , unused and in a re-saleable condition and returned within 14 days from the date you received it. Please contact us before sending your item back, so we can authorise the return and give you the correct return address.
Items we can’t accept returns on:
Products that have been opened or used , Items that were sold as clearance or final sale and Sensory products intended for oral use (hygiene reasons). Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is being returned due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If your item is faulty or damaged, we will cover return postage or offer a replacement at no extra cost. Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly. We will either Send you a replacement, offer a refund or provide an alternative solution.
